PT NORTH 2018 SCHEDULE:

Plan to arrive after supper on Friday between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. If you will be late, please let us know in advance or contact via phone or text to Christine (780-266-9294) or Bree (780-619-7737). The camp phone number is 780-892-3648.

Meals: Snack Friday evening, 3 meals Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Warwa can address special dietary needs only if notified in advance. Please ensure dietary needs are listed in your registration. Please also remember no food is allowed to be kept in the dorm rooms. There will be plenty of food, anything you bring must be kept in your vehicle.

**Important Things to Note:

Camp Warwa and AJFWA have strict no drug or alcohol policies, please do not bring any of these items onto the premises or you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.

Accommodations: Heated, shared family bedrooms of varying sizes inside two large modern dormitories as well as a heated cabin. Indoor washrooms. You may have more than one family in your bedroom. We will try to group members of the same club but can’t guarantee this.

Warwa camp rules and permission forms will be emailed out to registrants prior to the event. Please review rules with your wardens and bring the filled-out waiver forms to the event.

Hazards to be aware of: Winter weather may vary – extreme cold or wet thaw conditions. Be prepared! The majority of programming will be outside!!!

Please Bring:

  • Warm clothing in layers. We will be outside multiple times, regardless of temperature (warm, very cold, wet, etc), please ensure you have brought appropriate outdoor wear.
  • Extra socks, mittens, etc. are strongly recommended in case one set gets wet.
  • Rubber Boots
  • Indoor shoes
  • Bedding
  • Your Red Uniform Shirt for Saturday supper.
  • Cards or small board games for Free Time.
  • A full packing list is included with the registration package.

AJFWA cancellation policies will apply.  

Cancellation Policy:  The event coordinators reserve the right to cancel or amend the program based on weather, availability of guides/instructors or unforeseen events.  If the program is cancelled, refunds will be issued.  Cancellations by a participant before February 9, 2018 may be subject to a 10% non-refundable fee.  NO refunds will be given on cancellations AFTER February 9, 2018, unless for medical reasons, at the discretion of the Committee and Board Policy.
